Voilà. Il ne reste plus qu’à regarder le contenu effectif du projet de loi. En espérant un indice de plus que, décidément, du côté des Etats-Unis, le balancier est en train de revenir du bon côté.

Farm Bill Vetoed; Override Expected - New York Times

President Bush vetoed the $307 billion farm bill on Wednesday, making good his threat to do so and calling the measure wasteful.

“For a year and a half, I have consistently asked that the Congress pass a good farm bill that I can sign,” Mr. Bush said in his veto announcement. “Regrettably, the Congress has failed to do so. At a time of high food prices and record farm income, this bill lacks program reform and fiscal discipline.”
